At Neon Trading Cards, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your sports card collection, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all factory-sealed products. Please note that once a pack or hobby box has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return due to the volatile nature of the trading card market.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are still in their original, tamper-evident shrink wrap and have not been opened or damaged.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the cards securely in a sturdy box with protective bubble wrap to prevent corner dings or surface damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using a tracked shipping method; once our team verifies the seals are intact, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
