How do you ensure the condition of the cards during shipping?
Every card is placed in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader or semi-rigid holder. We ship using bubble mailers or reinforced boxes to ensure your collectibles arrive in the exact condition described.
Are your sports cards professionally graded?
We offer both raw and professionally graded cards from industry leaders like PSA, BGS, and SGC. The grading status and certificate number will always be clearly listed in the product description.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
What is your return policy on sealed wax products?
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, all sales of sealed boxes and cases are final. We cannot accept returns on sealed products once the factory shrink-wrap has been tampered with or removed.
Do you offer international shipping for collectors outside the US?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
How can I verify the authenticity of a high-value card?
We guarantee the authenticity of every card we sell. For high-value raw cards, our in-house experts perform a multi-point inspection. For graded cards, you can verify the serial number directly on the grader's official database.
